Debut Album: Remember Me When I Leave
During one of the busiest times in the city, many talented local and upcoming artists don't always make it to the official lineup. To address this, Austin American Statesman hosted a showcase, offering a condensed version of Austin’s music festival. The goal was to celebrate and support the vibrant Austin music scene, ensuring that the incredible talent within the community is recognized and appreciated.
Electrolit hosted a Music Industry Weekend through two nights during ACL weekend. These private events offered music industry professionals an evening of casual networking with free drinks, light bites, and live DJs (including Foster the People). With photo moments and exclusive product previews, the night showcased Electrolit's presence in the music world, all within a vibrant and intimate setting.
To celebrate the launch of Modelo’s innovative agua frescas product line, we partnered with the brand to create an unforgettable event that showcased the refreshing new beverages in a vibrant and engaging setting. Our team took on the challenge of designing every aspect of the event, from the initial concept, project management, to the final execution, ensuring that every detail reflected Modelo’s brand identity and the essence of their new product.
Tito’s Activation at the Dreamville Festival played off the themes and decor used throughout the festival, and we merged the tent into a floral, dreamy landscape, the area was turned into a lounge with comfortable seating and two interactive memorable moments in the back. One photo moment that played with the grassy hills, and cloudy feel of Dreamville. Along with an interactive moment that allowed guests to write and share their dreams. The team did build and load out, talent, and BA management, and project management in an effort to help Tito's succeed.
In Partnership with Tito’s, we curated a Pulga-Style Activation at the Besame Mucho Festival. The activation had traditional Latin themes and decor throughout the tent embodying our cultural marketing goals with Tito's . Surrounded by white fencing, turfed area, and household / business traditional decor around. Mixed with Tito’s history, and Latin history such as custom loteria cards, custom papel picado, and played homage to the famous latin marketplaces known as Pulgas.
Joining forces with When Where What Austin, we partnered in shaping and executing their New Year's Eve celebration. Our involvement extended across various elements, including talent acquisition, staffing, project management, crafting graphics for promotional purposes, overseeing stage and bar design, and fine-tuning sound aesthetics. Additionally, we introduced custom fabrications, infusing a distinctive blue theme to symbolize the onset of the new year.
Working hand in hand with Electrolit, a dynamic brand renowned for its commitment to wellness and vitality, we took charge in crafting their first ever music series. Our hands-on approach extended from the initial concept to the final execution, covering all aspects such as branding, naming, talent curation, and content creation, staffing, project management. This venture signifies our dedicated involvement in shaping a unique event series that resonates with Electrolit's essence of promoting health and energy while creating cultural marketing for the brand in unexpected ways.
In partnership with Soho House Austin, we embarked on a dynamic journey to curate a month-long series of diverse events centered around Formula 1 week, Halloween, and both ACL Music Fest weeks. Tailoring each occasion to resonate with the distinct aesthetic and vibe of Soho House, we crafted unique themes that captivated attendees. Throughout the month, our efforts drew in thousands of members and top-tier talent, establishing a vibrant tapestry of exclusive experiences.
In partnership with More Than Words agency, we took on the role of behind-the-scenes producers, as we were white labeling for The Golden Boy Oscar De La Hoya event in Houston. With MTW as the event's primary architect, we executed their vision. As the driving force, MTW conceptualized the event, while we showcased our experience in discreetly delivering top-tier events for partnering agencies through our white-label production expertise.
Tito's Vodka entrusted us with the task of project management, crafting, and delivering a culture-centric activation for Lovers and Friends in Las Vegas, attracting over 50k attendees. Our aim was to seamlessly fuse the brand ethos with cultural resonance with unique cultural marketing. This involved curating an immersive experience, complete with personalized airbrushed merchandise, picture-perfect moments, and striking wall murals.
Empire Records, in collaboration with Larry June, and Buje Juice Co to curate an exclusive juice tailored specifically for Larry June's discerning taste. Our journey spanned across Texas venues, creating a custom experience with neons, precision vinyl printing, and captivating takeovers involving fruit. This unique partnership showcased our commitment to elevating events into unforgettable moments.
Boston Beer Co. enlisted our team for the launch of Loma Vista, a unique take on Tequila Soda. Collaborating with Austin artists, we crafted four large-scale murals across the city. Additionally, we orchestrated a spectacular launch event, managing custom photo ops, talent booking, staffing, project management, and introducing the brand to the city.
Collaborating closely with SXSW and the Gabrielas Group, our team elevated Revival Coffee's outdoor space through cultural marketing into a standout venue during SXSW '22. Notable moments included the debut of innovative music formats and a surprise performance by T-Pain.
Teaming up directly with Consensus, the nation's premier web3 conference, we spearheaded the launch of Desk; a cutting edge social token. With agility and precision, we swiftly implemented processes, ensuring a seamless product rollout throughout the festival. Additionally, our team provided staffing for a myriad of events
As GoPuff continues to grow their presence in Austin, they have tapped us for multiple activations, including a custom fabrication at Blended festival. Staffing for nearly 50 events with our Ambassador network, and production/fabrication of their photo operation at the GoPuff Kitchen in Downtown Austin.
Our friends at Mosaic contracted through white labeling , and fully trusted us with project management of their Dallas stop of the Michelob Movement campaign at Clyde Warren Park.
Bankrobber Projects was tasked with producing the Squid Games in real life for their Client Netflix. We enjoyed white labeling managing Brand Ambassadors and Printing management with them for this project along with staffing.

We worked side by side with our partners at Boost Mobile to build a strategy aimed at their Hispanic Marketing efforts. This sparked our goals of cultural marketing, and making sure we help the culture that surrounds us. Ranging from influencer marketing to in-store campaign to build a genuine connection in the market.
This project brought all of our favorite things together. Remezcla contracted us to Book Talent, Through white labeling, we were entrusted with project management , and to produce the Esteban Gabriel performance during their Cinco de Mayo 2021 episode.
